  3. That’s right S0metim3s - pages being turned, stains being wiped off, chapters closing, etc. But that’s just the PM. The Nelson speech I am referring to is here.

  5. I know, it’s all a bit difficult isn’t it. He is after all the man who invented the subtly divergent, but intrinsically related, concepts of “learner-earners” and “earner-learners”.
